History

  • 1999                    Winfried Boldt gründet nach mehr als 15 Jahren                                  Berufserfahrung in der Kurzwarenbranche sein                                    eigenes Unternehmen mit 6 Mitarbeitern.                                              Schwerpunkt sind Schulterpolster, Patches,                                          Aufbügelmotive und Klettbänder, welche an                                        Großhändler und führende Labels vertrieben                                        werden.
  • 2000 - 07           Erweiterung der Sortimente und des                                                       Kundenstamms.
  • 2008                    Vergrößerung der angemieteten Lagerfläche.
  • 2009                   Christian Boldt steigt ins Unternehmen ein.
  • 2012                    Bau der neuen Firmenzentrale.
  • 2016                    Christian Boldt übernimmt die Geschäftsführung.
  • 2017                    Übernahme der Marke Self Casa und damit                                           Erschließung weiterer Geschäftsfelder.
  • Heute                 WIBOTEX beschäftigt 29 Mitarbeiter, ist                                                  europaweit einer der größten Importeure der                                        Branche und baut sein Sortiment ständig aus.
  • 1999                After more than 15 years experience in the                                             haberdashery business Winfried Boldt founds his                               own company. Main items are Shoulder Pads,                                       Patches, Applications and Hook&Loop Tapes, which                           are sold to wholesalers and leading brands.


  • 2000 - 07       Extension of the product and customer range


  • 2008               Enlargement of the rented space.
  • 2009               Christian Boldt joins the company.
  • 2012                Move in the new Company Headquarter.
  • 2016                Christian Boldt takes over as Managing Director
  • 2017                Taking over the Self Casa brand and open up new                               markets.
  • Today              WIBOTEX employs 29 people, is one of the biggest                             importers of the industry in Europe and constantly                               expands its range.
